umm oh god, I read the description for the comm just earlier this week and I forgot already fail
it's basically a list of 500 themes to write about and anyone can sign up to try their hand out at writing all 500 for just about any fandom/OC/etc. (the signing up part is really just so proper tags are generated, I think)
