guh. ::keysmashing:: thaaanks~ I keep worrying about Naruto whenever I write him, he's the character who likes to switch on me the most especially when I'm half-way through a fic >.>;; haha, I went back and re-watched those episodes of the anime and re-read parts of the manga where Naruto was falling in order to get a hint for what the general sequence of events was like :)
I'm sorry? He doesn't have to be dead, though ... The way I saw it was, Naruto either died (D:) or he managed to pull off one of his trademark miracles and summon something that got him out of the gorge but he saw no reason to return to Jiraiya seeing as the man threw him into that gorge (and that still makes me spasm and glare because what if Naruto failed??)
